Happy Halloween!!

Tonight was awesome! I made some homemade chili and cornbread. Cala & Dan and Mike & Collin came over and ate with us. We put costumes on and headed over to my Dad's. Then we came home and went around the neighborhood. The weather was perfect and we had a great time trick-or-treating. We didn't have to bundle the kids up or anything. Happy Halloween everyone!

Mr. & Mrs. Baird

Bruce and I went to a friends Halloween party last night. We went on an adult scavenger hunt, played games, had a delicious dinner, heavenly dessert and visited with other couples there. Bruce was my wife and I was his husband. I think he may have enjoyed dressing up as a girl .. haha! Anyway, thanks for the invite to the party we had a great time!

5 Minutes

Sienna has the cutest hair to work with because it has so much curl to it. Problem is she doesn't let anything I do stay longer then 5 minutes. If I put any kind of piggy or pony tail in she pulls them out right away. I was at least able to get a picture of her before she pulled them out.

Sweet Slumber

The other days Sienna was sleeping SO deeply I hated that I had to wake her up so we could go. She looked so sweet and innocent I had to take a picture.

My Project

So with all this time on my hand I was going stir crazy. I needed a project, so I painted Sienna's bedroom. It took me a week. Here is the final result. :)

Brotha & Sista's

When Collin is here the girls are in 7th heaven. They love him so much. We had made a trip to Walmart and got the kids some suckers. When we got home they sat on the stairs and sucked on them. Too cute to not take a picture. Sienna looks like she is playing it as an instrument. LOL

I've been Tagged!

1. When I leave on vacation or any trip for that matter the house has to be cleaned before we go. My Mom was the same way. That way when we get back that is one less thing I have to do. Plus you come home to a clean home.

2. I fold towels a certain way and can't stand them to be folded any other way. Also another great thing I learned from my Mom ... haha

3. If I dream about a person I haven't seem in a long time I tend to run into them within a month or so of dreaming about them.

4. I LOVE peanut butter on all my waffles, pancakes & french toast. I've even gotten my husband to eat it that way .. oh and my exchange student Kamila. You should try it! ;)

5. I am a lotion fanatic! Anytime my hands get wet I have to reapply lotion to them. Dry hands give me the sensation that I can't breath. I know it's weird ... :S

6. When I was younger (and didn't know any better) I use to want a huge family. Like 10+ kids, good thing I wised up!

7. I would love to travel the world and can't wait for the day when my hubby and I can!

Going back to my Roots

So I did it again. I changed my hair. This time I decided to try my natural color again. I haven't been a brunet in over 10 years. My hubby isn't so thrilled, but in the long run it will save us money. :)
