Think Pink

Well it looks like we will be adding another girl to our family. Went to the Dr. this morning and had my 2nd ultrasound. Everything looks great so far. She had her head nestled into my womb so we couldn't see her face. SO, we get to do another ultrasound in 4 weeks to make sure she doesn't have a cleft lip.
Jordon has known all along ever since I told her I was pregnant that is was a girl. She has been calling her Alexa. So, we may name her that. Being that Jordon apparently knows more than we do. :)

Graduation

Jordon graduated from Preschool the end of May. She was in the class a year younger than her so Daigen & CJ were in it. She had so much fun going to school with her cousins. This fall she will be moving on to Kindergarten. She is ecstatic above being able to go to 'Collin's' school.
Miss Susan was her preschool teacher. Jordon LOVED Miss Susan. She is awesome! She also taught Collin and Sienna will go this fall. All my kids will be in school how crazy will that be. I'll tell you ... NICE! Especially with a new baby coming.

Memorial Day Weekend

On Saturday my family ran/walked a 5k for ALS in Marsing. Dan, Rod, Cala, Tasha, Teri (cousin) & Jana (cousin) ran the 5k while Bruce, Ang & I jogged/walked it. Dad, Ellie, Jeanne and Cade pushing the kiddos walked it. One of Mom's laurels from the 16th ward also ran in her memory. It was so much fun. I can't wait to do it again next year. Afterwards most of us went to Port of Subs for lunch. I couldn't think of a better way to kick off the weekend.
Rod called us Saturday night and invited us to come camping with them. Bruce and I have never camped so we asked to borrow Clark's tent since they were sleeping in Kynaston's trailer. I got everyone packed and had 3 quilts set aside for sleeping. We don't own sleeping bags. Well Collin joined us Sunday morning so I had to quickly pack for him before we took off at 9:30am. Needless to say, I forgot to grab more blankets. Oops!
We drove about 2 hours to Featherville and found Kynaston's. The weather was perfect! We got camp set up and it was then that I realized we were short in blankets. After making sure the kids would be covered up well it only left Bruce & I with 1 quilt. Not good! I started getting sick that night with a head cold. I had on a sweatshirt, pj bottoms and socks and was freezing! I shivered all night, not to mention my head cold was out of control. I only got about 1 hour of sleep. I made sure Jordon & Sienna were covered up well because it was dang cold out. Even though the night was terrible we still had a great time. When we woke up that morning it was raining out. My sinuses were really bothering me so we packed things up and left around 11am. While driving out of the canyon my ear pressure went to the extreme. It felt like my ear drums were going to burst. I took some Tylenol since that is about the only thing you can take when preggo. It didn't help. By the time we got home my ears were ringing SO bad. I laid down for about an hour. When I woke up it hadn't changed a bit. So I took a nice hot shower to relieve the congestion in my nose. That helped a little. Around 4:30pm I paged the on call OB to see what I could do to relieve the pressure. She didn't return my page so at 5:30pm I left to go to the ER. While admitting myself Bruce called me to inform me that she had finally called and wanted me to call her after I got done seeing the Dr. Of course this was all a waste of time and money. Which really made me mad. The Dr. told me it was just a virus and to go home and get some rest. I asked what about my ears? He said that I could probably take some Sudafed but double check with the on call Dr. So I leave the ER and call the on call Dr. back. She then informs me that when pregnant your tubes don't drain properly and it will feel like your ears are going to burst and a really bad ear infection. YES, that was exactly what I was feeling. UGH! All that for nothing. I went to Walgreens and bought some Sudafed came home and slept the rest of the night. I'm feeling much better now but not completely 100% yet. Unfortunately now Sienna is sick. Poor thing!

Candy Corn

Jordon's final recital for ballet was in May. I've been waiting to upload the video but I'm not sure how long that is going to take me so here are some still shots before the recital. The program was Hansel & Gretal. Jordon's class were the candy corn's. The video is soon to follow.
On our way to the recital
