Bear Lake

This last weekend we went to Bear Lake, UT for a Baird family reunion. The drive was really long but we made it. The kids did pretty good for having to be cooped up for 5 hours. We stayed in a WorldMark condo. They have really nice indoor pools so we took the kids swimming the first night there. The kids were exhausted and we had them to bed by 8:30pm. They had us fooled! By the time Bruce and I got to bed at 10:30pm we thought, hey this might not be so bad after all. Then at 11pm Jordon woke up screaming. Bruce then slept with Jordon in her room and I brought Collin up to my room where Sienna was sleeping as well. Sienna then woke up at 2am and didn't go back to sleep till almost 6am. So nevertheless the first night sucked!
On Saturday we rented Jet Ski's for the adults and older kids. Collin had a great time riding with Bruce & I. It was a beautiful day out and we all had a great time. Grandma watched the girls back at the condo so that Bruce and I could enjoy the afternoon. We had a Potluck in Ovid about 30 minutes away from the condos. We had a ping pong tournament and horse back riding. The kids had a good time. We had them in bed by 10pm and they slept all night. THANK GOODNESS!!
On the drive home our luggage rack on top of the car came open and Sienna's suitcase flew out. I had to run down the highway and pick it up. Thankfully no one ran over it. BUT, the luggage case had a huge crack in it. We couldn't go faster then 70mph so our drive home took us 6 hours. Well we made it, had a good time, and not traveling again for a while ... LOL
