Collin

Since Collin is over only half the week I don't get as many photos of him as I do my girls. Not to mention when he is here he is out playing with his friends. He turned 9in February. He is such an awesome big brother. He'd do anything for his sisters. He never fights with them. He will play with Jordon and always wants to be next to Sienna. He is my little helper.
He loves to play army dudes, call of duty on the x-box and anything else that requires outdoor activities. He also loves to go camping and fishing with his Dad and Grandpa Law. We are so glad to have Collin in our lives.

Happy 1st B-Day Sienna!

Today was a happy day and also a sad day. My sister Kim called me at 9am this morning to inform me that my Grandmother on my Mom's side had passed away early this morning. My Grandmother was a wonderful, incredible strong woman. She was born with a hole in her heart and wasn't expected to live much past her childhood let alone have any children. She proved them all wrong and had 6 awesome kids. She outlived her amazing husband by 11 years and even one of her daughters (my mother). How hard that must have been for her. I have to rejoice with her at this time as she is happily reunited with her love and her family who has passed. I hope that one day I might live half the life she lived what a remarkable woman she was. I love you Grandma!
On the happy note today was sweet little Sienna's 1st B-Day! I can hardly believe it has already been a year. It seems just like yesterday when I held my beautiful baby in my arms. She has the sweetest spirit about her. Though I was so miserable throughout my pregnancy I would do it again in a heartbeat. She has brought so much joy to our lives. I love to watch she and Jordon interact with each other.
Sienna LOVES Shrek. She watches all 3 movies all the time. They are the only movies she will watch other than home movies I make. She wasn't quite sure what to think about her cake but once she figured out it was delicious she eat almost half of it. Since it was so nice we all went outside and relaxed in the sun and opened presents. It turned out very nice. Happy B-Day baby girl.

Houseful of sickness

This weekend was terrible. Jordon has been sick for over a week, Bruce got sick on Thursday, Kamila got sick on Friday and Sienna got sick on Saturday. UUGGHH!! Jordon has bronchitis and everyone else sounds just like her. Last night she went into a cough attack and couldn't stop. After 45 minutes we took her to the ER. She ended up coughing non-stop for almost 2 hours. They gave her 2 breathing treatments, a steroid, and an antibiotic shot. Poor thing. Now we have to give her breathing treatments every 4 hours the next couple of days. Bruce is staying home sick today. Kamila wishes she could, but already has 5 absences in school. Anyway, luckily Collin and I don't have it ... yet.
Jordon cries everytime she coughs now. I hope this ends soon. Here is a picture of her with her fever. She has dried ketchup on her chin.

Picture Update

Jordon loves to do naughty things. One night after watching Kamila paint her fingernails Jordon stealthily waited until Kamila got in the shower to retrieve the polish. I was gone and Daddy was downstairs. When I got home I came upstairs to Jordon saying 'pretty pretty momma'. She had painted her toenails and fingernails RED. For the most part she did a good job and only got a little bit of polish on our cream colored sectional. Of course not until the after effect did I think to take a picture. So I don't have any to document the incident. Her other favorite thing to do is color all over her self with markers. ARRGGG!!!
